JOB SUMMARY 1. Mechanical Design for new / improved products 2. Evaluate conceptual alternatives, workout of preferred solution for prototype and performance test 3. Collaborate with others to meet all technical, time, product performance and commercial criteria. 4. Develop mechanical solutions for products from initial concept to production release. 5. Work with business team to define customer requirement and make Customer satisfaction (solution matches need) 6. Efficient transition between engineering and production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Prepare technical Plan for new project quotation 2. Prepare 3D/2D/TA/DFMEA and other technical documents. 3. Communicate with customer for technical clarification and plan final definition 4. Review DFM and communicate with supplier. Aid with supplier improvements and follow progress. 5. Support timely product evaluation and testing, guide subsequent product modification/iteration based on result interpretation/learning, leading to final design conclusion.
