岗位职责：
1. 主持领导研发部门的年度和日常工作
2. 负责新产品的设计、样品试制、批量跟踪
3. 负责现有产品的优化和提升
4. 对接国外产品经理
5. 为公司业务和部门提供技术支持，包括但不限于项目询价投标、质量提升、生产工艺改进等
6. 产品、技术相关文档和标准的整理归档
7. 研发团队成员的培养
JD
1. Lead R&D department annual and daily job
2. Responsible for new products’ design, sampling and series follow up
3. Responsible for existing products’ optimization and upgrading
4. Contact window to overseas Product Managers
5. Provide technical support to business and other departments, including but not limited to project enquiry and/or bidding, quality improvement, production process and etc.
6. Product and technical related documents and standards filing
7. Coach and grow R&D team members
要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历, 机械相关专业
2. 熟练使用CAD, Solid works, Microsoft等技术岗位相关软件
3. 3年以上阀门技术开发和工艺经验
4. 英语沟通无障碍
Requirements:
1. Bachlor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering related
2. Familiar with CAD, Solid works, Microsoft software which are related to the position
3. At least 3 years of experience in valve development and process
4. Communication in English without difficulty
