1. Consolidate info and complete Monthly New Hire Info Table. Keep close communication with external vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth employment process. 2. C&B E-file and paper file management. Maintain Offer Letter Master Table and ensure data accuracy. 3. Maintain Insurant Name List for Commerical Insurance and High-end Medical Insurance, track insurance status and arrange the renewal of the insurance. 4. Support Government Talent Award Declaration, Tax Rebate and other talent related projects. 5. Assist bilingual announcement and communication letter draft. 6. Assist C&B team's daily operation, including Income Certificate issuance, accompanying employees to tax bureau for account registration, application material submission, etc.
Key requirement 资历要求 : 1. Education: Bachelor's Degree. Human Resources related major is a plus. 2. Work experience: 1-2 years' Human Resources related experience. 3. Skills requirements: Good Excel / Word / PowerPoint skills. Ability to edit pictures and videos is a plus. 4. English: Good command of spoken and written English. 5.
