RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Represent medical function in Promotional Material Review process and ensures scientific / medical / clinical accuracy, relevance and completeness of data and that promotional claims within materials are adequately supported by data. 2. Lead planning, prioritization, and execution in alignment with internal stakeholders (APAC RA, MKT, Clinical training, legal/compliance) to ensure adequate resources for Medical Review for product launches. 3. Develop / maintain current, broad, and in-depth knowledge of energy-based devices, medical aesthetic clinical practice, and clinical outcomes. 4. Provide mentorship on ethical, legal and regulatory standards for product promotion and scientific exchange. 5.Develop / maintain current, broad, and in-depth knowledge of APAC regulatory and advertising compliance requirements / limitations applicable to promotional and non-promotional materials; as well as responding to unsolicited requests for medical information. 6. Assist in the development / maintenance of departmental Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work processes. 7. Design training materials and analyse the training needs among different countries in the region 8. Participate in the development & execution of company-sponsored workshops, symposia, and educational programs in APAC 9.Collaborate with cross functional partners to support the team on medical insights, technology, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) insights & engagement 10.Engage with cross functional teams on business planning, special projects & activities involving HCPs 11. Support the ongoing studies (pre-registrations & post-marketing if any) to expedite patients' enrolment in respect of the regulations & SOPs 12.Act as the external face of Solta organization's medical programs & activities to internal and external stakeholders such as key opinion leaders, medical & scientific advisory boards, investigators, vendors, like Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) & others 13. Guide APAC regulatory strategies to ensure alignment to strategic goals, regional & local requirements 14.Review & approve promo- and non promo-materials, and SOLTA activities when HCPs are engaged QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Advanced scientific degree in pharmacy, biology, or medicine (master’s degree above) with a least 1 year of medical review, medical information or medical communications experience in the pharmaceutical / medical device/cosmetical industry 2. 1 year of experience in reviewing China promotional materials 3. Basic knowledge of the regulatory and compliance requirements / limitations applicable to medical information, as well as advertising / promotional and non-promotional pharmaceutical / medical device/cosmetical materials 4. Experience in developing work practice documents, SOPs and effective training materials 5.Business-level written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English 6.Team player in a multidisciplinary, cross-cultural environment, high level of flexibility 7. Must be able to engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; engage in problem solving and non-linear thought, analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours.
