Job Responsibilities:
1. Design or adapt PLC/CNC functions including tests depending on customer needs. Support R&D/Technical Service colleagues to develop and update 2D cutting CNC systems.
2. Develop concepts and strategies to do system upgrades and diagnostics at customer site for a continual improvement and fast troubleshooting.
3. Actively participate in first installations at customer site and provide feedback to HQ R&D.
4. Performing visits to customers in order to collect inputs on the system performance and current/new needs.
5. Manage support and training for internal and external customers.
Job Requirement：
1. Minimum Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, computer science, or similar.
2. Knowledge and experience with programming PLC systems and industrial controlling software (CNC programming). Ideally, Beckhoff TwinCat 3.1 (and higher) or CODESYS v3.
3. Good command of oral and written English.
4. Ability to work in a team, be proactive, structured work style and ability to solve complex technical challenges.
5. Accept domestic and international business trips.
6. Laser cutting background is preferred.
7. Experience with leading a (service) group and organizing service operations preferred.
