Service Summary The supplier/service staff is required to provide timely bioinformatics/AI support and contribute to decision making in drug projects. Service Scope: 61 Provide analyses of high-throughput/NGS data, such as RNA-seq, genomics, proteomics, biomarkers, CRISPR screen data etc. 61 Provide analyses of genetic association, expression, pathway and network. 61 Contribute to initiation, assessment, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of bioinfo/AI algorithms, models and workflows. 61 Find and integrate data from external (e.g. GEO, TCGA, DepMap) and internal sources (including clinical biomarker data and real-world data) to address biological questions. 61 Provide analyses of literature and competitor information. 61 Collaborate with the Bioinformatics AI team and the project managers to define analytical tools and analysis requirements. Service staff requirement 61 PhD's degree (or Master’s degree with at least 2-year working experience) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field. 61 Extensive experience in bioinformatics, including omics data analysis, pathway analysis, and biomarker discovery. 61 Proficiency in developing and applying AI models in bioinformatics contexts. 61 Experience with drug discovery projects is highly preferred. 61 Proficient programming skills in R/Python and experience with the Unix/Linux environment are required. 61 Knowledge in Immunology or Oncology is desired; being able to communicate comfortably with biologists. 61 Team player with good communication skills. 61 Fluent in English speaking and writing.
