岗位职责：
1. 制作与更新工艺流程/失效模式分析/作业指导书/生产线布局图
Make and update Process flow chart/FMEA/WI/Layout.
2. 持续分析并改善生产线产能
Process capability study and improvement
3. 根据编制的作业指导书，组织生产部人员的各类技术、技能、安全和素质的培训.
According to work instruction, organize production employees training for technology, know-how, safety and quality.
4. 参与新项目的设备选用、部分工装设计
Contribute to new project in all aspects of engineering and technical issue, including study equipment / tooling /jig /layout
5. 负责新项目的跟进，使新项目顺利投产
Supervise the new project and make the new parts to normal mass production.
6. 根据生产需求制作各种工装夹具提升产品品质和 效率
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of production to make all kinds of jigs and tools and follow these jigs status of used.
7. 协同注胶线人员，负责注胶工艺的持续改善，同时研究并优化BOM
Cooperate with the colleague to be responsible for study and optimize BOM, along with process improvement for injection glue line.
8. 处理产品的质量问题
Handle the products quality issue
9. 每年的成本节约项目
Cost saving project every year

任职资格：
1. 机电类大专或大专以上学历
Collegial degree or above in mechanics or electric
2. 三年以上注塑工艺经验
Over 3 years’ experience of plastic process
3. 一定的模具和工装知识
Some mold and fixture knowledge
4. 具备精益生产概念
Basic knowledge of lean production.
5. 熟悉APQP、PPAP、FEMA等工具
Familiar with APQA, PPAP, FMEA.
6. 熟练运用MS office，ERP和AutoCAD制图软件。
Has a good command of MS. Office, ERP system and AutoCAD.
