Define and drive product portfolio and product positioning based on market trends, competitive landscape as well as company key initiatives to drive sales and gross profit. 2. Routine product management Refine product Feature-advantage-benefit to the customer. ·NSD Delivery(NSD:新解决方案开发) 1. Work with Sales, Tech, S&C team on NSD delivery. ·Pricing Management 1. Perform key pricing initiatives by clear understanding of price value chain. 2. Work with sales team on project based pricing proposal. 3. Lead routine promotion program. Preferences and Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in Marketing, Economic, Chemical is a plus. 2. At least 3 years product management related experience. Lubricant or Automobile after-market industry is a must. 3. Skills: Fluent in English for both in oral and writing. Advanced level skills in Word/Excel/PPT . Proven project management skills and interpersonal communication. Competence: Logistic thinking. Analytic skill. Self-motivated. Teamwork
