ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Routine payroll process includes commission computation, attendance compliance and social benefits compliance execution; coordination to deliver accurate and timely payroll. * Daily communication with vendors to ensure the service performance provided well (i.e.: social benefit enrollment/cancellation etc.) * Execute employee’s life-cycle process smoothly (staff on-board/exit process/labor contract maintenance/P-file maintenance etc.) * Maintain and monitor HRIS system * Follow up with the commercial insurance companies to deal with the staff commercial benefits affairs * Annually social benefit & IIT declaration * Annual benefits programs supporting (i.e.: medical examination/ CNY red pocket ,etc * Fully implement C&B policies & procedures and ensure adherence to local regulations * Any other ad hoc assignment by line manager REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor degree or above * Minimum 2 years payroll experience, both at technical and practical level in diverse business and work processes * Good in Microsoft office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel * Basic knowledge of labor law and compensation & benefits * Passion to perform and willing to take initiative and responsibilities * Strong sense of responsibility, detailed minded, well organized, multi-tasking * Good team player, good self-motivation
