1. Drive the business growth of East China sales in ITI segment: >GDP%*2. 驱动公司华东地区工业领域业务增长(>GDP%*2); 2. Quantify the refining /petrochemical/Power/Alternative Energy segment potential and map out the competition 量化公司产品在炼油/石化/电力/可再生能源领域的发展潜力,制定竞争策略; 3. Responsible for sales of refining and petrochemical industry especially in Jiangsu/Zhejiang/Shanghai where located or close to YZH factory. 负责石油石化行业出口项目的销售,尤其是江苏/浙江/上海等扬州工厂周边区域客户; 4. Cooperate oil & gas and power EPC/DI to validate and recommend the best offering to the segment customers. 跟进和配合油气/电力EPC和设计院,确认并向该领域客户推荐最合适的产品; 5. Develop industrial OEM/fabricators, and distributors for technical insulation applications in oil & gas, petrochemical and power project. 针对油气、炼化和电力应用的工业保温市场,开发OEM配套商/模块商,以及相应的经销商渠道; 6. Play a key role in product promotion, conduct planned seminars to position our segment solution well within the ITI segment. 在产品推广中发挥重要作用,策划并举办研讨会,深入巩固公司产品方案在工业领域地位; 7. Perform tasks as assigned by the superior. 完成上司指派的其他工作; 8. Ensure Safety, Health & Environment Policy Procedures are complied with. 确保安全、健康和环保政策和程序得到遵守; 9. Qualifications 任职资格
1.College degree or above. 大学本科或以上学历; 2. 5+ years' sales experience in technical products in petrochemical segment. 五年以上石化领域工业产品的销售经验; 3. A proven track record in business development, negotiation and sales skills. 优秀业务发展、谈判及销售能力的可靠履历; 4. Written Mandarin and English Language to a higher business level. 具备较强的中英文书面表达能力; 5. Is able to build a network relationship within customers, specifiers, and other decision makers. 能够在客户、技术设计人员和其他决策者之间建立人际关系网络; 6. Customer oriented: Actively works with customers/clients to identify their needs & comes up with suitable proposals. 以客户为导向:与客户积极合作,确定他们的需求并提出合适的方案; 7. Meet company requirement on health check. 身体健康,体检达到公司要求。
