Required skills and experience - Over 8 - 10 years of experience in senior-level business development or commercial roles. - Experience in the cell/power source industry or related fields. - Background working with global or international companies. - Proven success in developing and implementing global business strategies. - In-depth understanding of the cell/power source industry, including market dynamics and competition. - Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and partners. - Strong conceptual and strategic thinking, with a focus on vision and problem-solving. - Excellent execution skills—results-oriented, organized, and efficient. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly disciplined. - Strong analytical and financial expertise, with a knack for making data-driven decisions.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. - MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
