Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct regular and thorough evaluations of current processes and internal controls to identify weaknesses, inefficiencies and areas for improvement. 2. Conduct risk assessment at least annually, identify risk areas and assess risk levels, and report to management in a timely manner. 3. Develop, implement and maintain internal control procedures to protect company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 4. Prepare, confirm, upload and analyze monthly board report. 5. Lead control and remediation projects, and supervise the timely resolution of control defects. 6. Provide guidance and training to employees on internal control policies, procedures and best practices. 7. Keep abreast of changes in regulations and industry best practices related to internal control, and ensure that the internal control framework is updated in a timely manner.
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting qualification certificate, intermediate qualification certificate in finance or CPA certificate is preferred. 2. At least 5 years of financial management, accounting and internal control and supervision related work experience. 3. Strong communication skills, good at team communication. 4. Good English ability, English can be used as a working language.
