Job Description: Taking charge (as 1st level help desk) of user reports and their normalization; in particular: 1.Monitoring of request ticket queue (as per established frequency) 2.Possible opening of a ticket (in the case of email/telephone notification of the user's inability via ticket system) and confirmation of acceptance. 3.Verification of the information reported and possible contact with the user for completion/clarification of the same. 4.Analysis and classification of the ticket (incident/request) 5.Verification of any immediate resolution and, in case of failure to resolve, preparation of alternative solutions (where possible) and routing of the ticket to the 2nd level application help desk. 6.Monitoring of the ticket closing process (according to the established SLA, Service Level Agreement) Regarding all business applications (with focus on SAP S/4HANA ERP and related satellite systems): 1. Collaborate with corporate application analysts to monitor anomalies and malfunctions. 2.Work with corporate application analysts to resolve incidents. 3.Collaborate with corporate application analysts in managing service/change requests. 4.Support corporate application analysts in participating in any SAP/Application project. Other IT related work that leader arranges. Requirements: 1.At least 1-2 years in the role of SAP support (or consultant) in a consultancy company and/or in the ICT department of a medium-large company (preferably multinational). 2.Bachelor degree major in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Management Engineering. 3.Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA ERP (cross module) as key user.Modules as consultant (Customizing and/or ABAP programmer) will be considered as a plus. 4.Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, listening skills and aptitude for team work 5..Analytical mentality, proactivity, and problem-solving orientation 6.Good written and spoken knowledge of the English language 7.Basic Knowledge of ISO9001,IATF16949 and ISO14002
