What you’ll do:

This position is responsible for PDSS division operation FP&A, work close with
plant finance team to improve finance productivity, finance support to division
operation and R&D team.

2. Consolidate and review manufactory reports, ensure that major cost
variations are identified with action plan
3. Standard Cost Analysis,manufacturing Productivity Analysis, variable Cost

4. Material Inflation / Inventory/DOH Analysis/Cost Savings
Initiatives/Capital Spending Analysis
5. Support division forecast, profit plan and strategic plan process02
6. Timely submit regular financial reports to APAC finance, division Operation
and R&D team02
7. Support financial policy deployment, enhance standardized finance process
across PDSS division
8. Join and lead division finance transformation projects
9. Deploy APAC and division finance requirement to plants

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. CPA/CIMA/ACCA equivale
certification is a plus
Five years' finance working experience with two years FP&A or plant costing
working experience

Solid experiences of cost accounting, reporting, budgeting, and auditing
practices.
