主要职责(Main Responsibilities)：
85根据部门经理安排执行具体指派项目的检验工作，就涂装应用给客户以清晰的指导，并能独立有效地寻找实际解决方法，确保涂装满足工艺要求；
Execute inspection tasks for assigned projects as arranged by the department manager, provide clear guidance to customers on coating applications, and independently find effective practical solutions to ensure that the coating meets process requirements.
85在船厂现场检验涂层的应用及涂装是否按技术服务标准及规范进行, 为客户提供良好的油漆现场技术指导与服务;
Inspect the application of coatings and painting procedures at shipyards according to technical service standards and specifications, providing on-site technical guidance and services to customers.
85与部门经理、销售、客户服务等公司相关方保持沟通协作，确保项目相关事宜；
Maintain communication and cooperation with the department manager, sales, customer service, and other relevant parties within the company to ensure project-related matters are handled properly.
85与客户、主管及其他相关同事保持有效沟通，并根据日常检验和公司标准文件政策编写报告。
Keep effective communication with customers, supervisors, and other relevant colleagues, and prepare reports based on daily inspections and company standard documents and policies
职位要求(Position Requirements)：
85船舶防腐相关专业优先；
Preference will be given to candidates with a background in marine anti-corrosion or related fields.
85具有良好的英文口语与书写能力；
Possess good oral and written English skills.
85愿意接受定期派驻至沿江沿海地区的船厂提供技术服务；
Able to work in challenging site environments and willing to be stationed long-term at shipyards along rivers and coasts.
85身体健康，无色盲或色弱，不恐高;
Be in good health, free from color blindness or color weakness, and not afraid of heights.
85良好沟通能力，性格开朗，积极好学；
Have good communication skills, an outgoing personality, and a proactive willingness to learn.
