职位描述 Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple Overseas countries, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Collaborate with local payroll providers to collect and validate payroll inputs, including salaries, benefits, allowances, and deductions. Review and validate payroll calculations, including statutory deductions, bonuses, and overtime. Reconcile and validate payroll outputs, including payslips, tax filings, and social security contributions. Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues from employees across countries. Coordinate year-end payroll processes, including the production of annual tax statements and compliance reports. Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities for payroll-related audits, compliance checks, and reporting. Conduct periodic payroll audits to ensure data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve payroll-related issues. Collaborate with HR Ops, HRBP, finance, and tax teams for accurate employee data management and seamless payroll integration. Provide guidance and support to HR and finance teams on payroll processes, compliance, and reporting. 任职资格 Qualifications and Experience Essential - Experience of processing payroll. - Spoken English is preferred. - Experience with local payroll providers and managing external vendor relationships. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective organisational and time management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to changing payroll requirements.
