The role mainly responsible for business achievement, business development, retail operation supervision of all stores in the designated area, to ensure all stores maintain highest brand image and service standard with luxury identity.
Responsibilities: ·Strategically oversee regional retail sales management to ensure the business to achieve company KPIs as well as keep the strong market share VS competitors. ·Collaborate with all functions to ensure the retail stores operate in an efficient, secure, and luxury identity to meet company SOP. ·Manage sales forecast and drive sales achievement to meet on company target. ·Maintain the healthy cooperation relationship with landlords and maintain the La Prairie brand image. ·Lead to analyze all the sales data and reports to keep track on the business trends and gathering insights advise on recommendations accordingly. ·Keep eyes on market trends, competitors’ performance, customer’s preference information collection/monitor at front line on a regular basis. ·Responsible for regional retail team operation/coach and execution with high standard to provide luxury client experience. ·Lead and engage the retail sales force and build up a strong team to achieve the goal.

Experience: ·10 years of relevant experience in Beauty/ Luxury/Fashion industry, focusing on retail operations, sale and training team building and store management. ·Experience in leading a sizable team in Mainland China.
Skills: ·A passion and complete knowledge of retail operations, coach/training, and store management. ·Ability to work cross-functionally, handle multiple projects/ tasks with adherence to details. ·Creativity and innovation; able to come up with new tools and methods for delivering execution and luxury client experience. ·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to coach a team. ·Strong leadership skills, with confident presentation skills. ·Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, conversational English communication is preferred.
