I. Purpose of Position
Develop and optimize test program and test system via related software and hardware, such as LabVIEW/C/Python, GBIP/RS232/RS485 interface, etc.
Familiar with routine test instruments and methods of electronic products, able to take over products debugging and failure analysis.
Assist new project introduction from R&D team or migration to plant manufacturing and release product support.
Solve and deal with the technical problems related to test system & device to provide technical support for normal production.

II. Key Responsibilities
Proficient in using Labview/C/Python software to design new test equipment, able to debug, assemble and design non-standard test equipment independently.
Take responsibility of products debugging and failure analysis to support production quality and OTD
Maintain test system and equipment to prevent production line down.
Cooperate with R&D to develop test fixtures & test system of new projects and Migration projects
Train operator for new test required skills.
Support ECN （engineering change notice） or ECO （engineering change order） control.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

III. Education, Background and Skill Requirements
Candidate supposed to with electronic or automatic or electro mechanics education background, with a minimum of 5 years' electronic technical experience or equivalent combination of experience and education. Instrument’s background is preferred.
At least 3years experience of develop test system based on LabVIEW/C/Python.
Master at least one tool to draw electrical diagram, and able to design hardware of test instruments and modules. With strong hands-on ability and able to build a simple fixture.
Fluent in both oral and written English. Able to read and understand English technical information skillfully
