与供应商协商价格，并通过探索降低成本的可能性并寻求更优势价格，降低采购成本。并追踪供应商确保按时保质保量交货。
3.Contact & arrange workshop for voyage repair /class survey according to technical department application
负责公司营运船航修及法定检验服务商安排。协调相关单位及时高效完成上述工作， 确保船舶正常营运。
4.Contact & arrange workshop for dry dock according to technical department application
负责安排公司营运船坞修期间的外协服务。协调相关服务商及时高效完成上述工作， 配合技术部保障坞修进度。
5.Check the qualification of workshops for above job.
航修及法定检验的服务商资质审核，确保其符合船东船检要求。
6.Timely closing of job files and log in system.
按公司系统流程录入相关文件。
7.Other tasks assigned by department supervisor.
部门领导交付的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree of marine engineering
轮机工程本科毕业。
2.Experience of working on board at least 3rd engineering with type A certificate (world-wide, above 3000KW)
拥有3000KW以上无限航区证书， 在船大管轮以上任职经历。
3.Above 2 years working experience as sup-intendent or technical assistant in foreign shipping or management company
外资航运公司或管理公司，2年以上机务或机务助理经验。
4.Experience of dry dock or new building
有坞修或新造船经验。
5.good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
英文听说读写流利熟练。
6.Similar with class regulations & marine equipment .
熟悉船级社/IMO规范及船用设备。
