KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Basing on the understanding of customers’ real needs to provide product introduction, technical consultation purposefully and timely on-site service includes but not limited to problem shooting and improvement scenario to ensure customer satisfaction.

2.Provide products training for Sales, Technical Engineers and In-plant Technicians as well as collect products application information to ensure reliable, economic and safe use of products.
为销售，技术工程师及驻厂技术人员提供产品培训，并收集产品应用信息以确保产品使用的可靠性，经济性及安全性

3.Responsible for ink products performance test and formulation and Optimize formulation to control the ink product cost effectively which be worked on in the TS laboratories
负责实验室油墨产品的性能测试及配方制作以及优化配方达到有效控制油墨产品成本
4.Monitors the ink market in China from a technical point of view with regard to new developments, including competitors but also with regard to supplemental products and technologies, with a special emphasis on ink applications
从技术角度监测中国油墨市场的新发展和动向包括但不限于竞争对手的对于油墨应用的新产品及技术
5.Establishes and maintains relationships with product suppliers and identifies best fits for Flint’s products under company regulations and code of conduct
建立及维护与产品供应商的关系以确保最适合公司的产品并符合公司的规章流程
6.Takes the lead in setting up a regular communication with Corporate colleagues in Europe
主动保持与欧洲集团同事的日常技术沟通与交流
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor degree or above with major in chemical or printing major
化学或印刷等相关专业本科或以上学历
2.Familiar with UV ink application is a must and have rich experience of liquid ink application and familiar with flexo printing
须熟悉UV油墨在印刷中的应用，具备一定的水墨应用经验者优先
3.Eager to learn and to further develop technical and professional skills
