岗位职责 Responsibility：
1. 负责公司日常宣传、企业活动等的平面设计
Responsible for the graphic design of the company's daily publicity and corporate activities
2. 负责公司产品包装、不干胶、说明书、纸卡等的设计
Responsible for the design of the company's product packaging, sticker, manual, card, etc.
3. 协助产品设计师对把控产品包装风格，色调搭配，布局合理性等
Assist product designers to control product packaging style, color matching, layout rationality, etc
4. 负责产品照片拍摄及后期处理
Responsible for product photo shooting and post-processing
5. 负责各类平面设计相关文件的管理，保证各类平面项目的质量及按时交付
Responsible for the management of graphic design related documents to ensure the quality and timely delivery of various graphic projects
6. 利用自身的行业背景和知识，负责设计控制的执行和维护，不断提高设计水平，以达到公司日益发展的要求
Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of design control with experience and knowledge, and constantly improve the design level to meet the growing requirements of the company.

职位要求 Requirements：
1. 平面包装设计或相关专业，大专以上学历，3年以上平面设计工作经验
Graphic packaging design or related major, college degree or above, 3 years or above working experience in graphic design
2. 熟练掌握PS, AI等平面设计软件，对印刷和工艺有一定了解，能独立完成项目
Proficient in PS, AI and other graphic design software, familiar with printing process, able to complete projects independently
3. 良好的审美和创新能力
Good aesthetic and creative ability
4. 善于沟通，具备良好的团队合作精神
Good at communication and teamwork
5. 工作责任心强，对待工作严谨，认真负责，能够承受工作压力
Strong sense of responsibility, serious and responsible to work, able to work under pressure
6. 良好的英语读写能力
Good English reading and writing skills
