职责: 1、Support category management including market innovation trends tracking, NPD analysis. 2、Assist in the management for all steps involved with new product development. This includes conceptualizing new product ideas, packaging design, prototypes. 3、Support cross-categories initiatives and opportunities (eg. senior opportunities). 4、Explore new tools/big data to generate market insight and new product opportunities. 5、Admin work to support MSV team. 要求: 1、Marketing experience is preferred. 2、Strong marketing sense & desktop research capability. 3、Logical thinking, agile and proactive (can-do) attitude. 4、Strong presentation and communication skills 5、Self-motivated, passionate and driving for results. 6、Fluent in English preferred.
