Responsibilities: 61 Monitor and Track WTD/ MTD/ YTD Tmall Business Target/ KPI achievement 61 Partner with internal cross-functional teams to ensure a high standard of Tmall channel experience, including e-Merchandising (sales and stock opportunity), Assets/ Content Presence, Effective client service communication, Finance Payment and etc. 61 Work with internal PMO team to ensure Tmall projects seamless deliver 61 Work with external business partners to ensure E-commerce daily operation flawless in execution 61 Partner with Tmall Luxury Pavilion, Womenswear, Menswear, Outdoor Teams, maintain effective communication in driving Tmall store resources, benchmark and related information
Skill & knowledge: 61 Good Knowledge on e- Merchandising 61 Good Skills on Data Analysis + Office Skill set (especially EXCEL) 61 A Calm Personality, and have the Agility 61 Result-Driven Mindset, and Ability to work under pressure 61 Luxury / Outdoor background is preferred 61 Fluency in English, and good Communication skills
