61 Responsible for the follow-up of VOC, ELV, and asbestos testing projects, as well as technical communication.
负责VOC，ELV，石棉测试项目的跟进，以及技术交流。
61 Able to independently develop testing methods based on new testing standards and review reports.
能独立根据新的测试标准开发测试方式并审核报告。
61 Ensure smooth and satisfactory project follow-up, and be responsible for the quality of technical reports and project documentation.
确保项目的跟进流畅满意并对项目的技术报告及项目文件的质量负责。
61 Enhance technical capabilities and improve the quality of the department's customer service.
提高技术能力和部门客户服务质量。
61 Train and mentor team member.
培训指导部门员工。
61 Ensure the correct use of equipment.
负责部门设备的使用正确性。
61 Maintain technical communication and coordination with the headquarters.

61 Responsible for handling quality and technical issues related to customer complaints.

Qualifications任职要求：
61 Bachelor degree holder or above.
本科学历或以上。
61 Technical/standard knowledge, at least 8 years related experience or equivalent
具有汽车材料测试产品线的技术专家级别的专业知识并获得相关领域的技术资质授权。
61 Good in oral and written English
良好的英语读写能力
61 High-level communication and relationship-building skills.
高水平的沟通和关系管理能力。
61 Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
在高压环境下具备解决问题和决策能力。
