JOB OBJECTIVE Detail-oriented and proactive allocator with extensive experience in the fashion retail industry, adept a managing inventory allocation and optimizing product availability to meet sales targets. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES · Manage allocation of merchandise to DC across the Greater China Region, ensuring optimal inventory levels and alignment with sales forecast · Duties on allocation, replenishment and rebalance for Mainland CN OL stores weekly based on efficient inventory plan and analysis on any business activities. · Initiate allocation related reports to analyze sales performance, inventory turn, and customers demand to make data-driven allocation decisions. · Ad hoc management on new store opening, sample transfer and brand events preparation. · Collaborate with logistics team on inventory tracking and forecast to minimize the risk of Delay. · Return arrangement according to company inventory plan and target. SKILLS and WORK EXPERIENCE · Bachelor's Degree or above · 3-5 years’ planning, allocation experience in the retail industry · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail · Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proactive, ambitious, flexible, and entrepreneurial · Deep understanding of retail math and inventory optimization techniques · Strong prioritization and organizational skills · Proficient in Excel and other MS software · Fluent in Mandarin and English
