Job Description: The Senior Training Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the development, introduction, implementation, and optimization of IPC's training and certification programs. This role will work closely with industry experts, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure the high quality and continuous improvement of training programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing training programs, be familiar with electronics industry standards, and be capable of driving innovation in organizational training and certification.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of IPC training programs, including planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. 2. Course Development: Collaborate with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and instructional designers to ensure that course content meets industry standards and training needs, and continuously update courses to maintain their forward-thinking approach. 3. Certification Management: Oversee and improve IPC's certification system, ensuring it meets industry demands and maintains high certification standards. 4. Market Demand Analysis: Analyze market demand and technological trends to ensure training programs are aligned with industry needs. 5. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and training providers to ensure the high-quality delivery of training materials and technical support. 6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure the effective promotion of training programs and to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Quality Control: Oversee the quality monitoring of training programs to ensure high standards in teaching content and methods. 8. Budget Management: Manage the project budget, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while achieving expected financial goals. 9. Customer Support: Provide customer support, answering inquiries about training and certification, and addressing issues during project execution.
Job Requirements: 1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for those in educational technology, project management, or engineering-related fields. 2. Industry Experience: 10+ years of project management experience, with a preference for those with experience in training and education in the electronics industry or related technical fields. 3. Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple training programs and deliver results on time. 4. Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus (e.g., Japanese, Korean). 5. Technical Skills: Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and modern training technologies and tools. 6. Certification Advantage: PMP, CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development), or other relevant certifications are preferred. 7. Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to collaborate across departments to advance project progress. 8. Results-Oriented: High level of responsibility and results-driven, with the ability to analyze and quickly resolve problems.
Preferred Qualifications: 1. Knowledge of IPC standards, such as IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/21. 2. Experience managing multinational or global projects. 3. Extensive experience in training product innovation and market promotion.
