We’re looking for E2E Product Manager to join our Regional Marketing team, OEM APAC & IMEA in Shanghai.
E2E Product Manager consists of the responsibility of product manager and product marketing manager. As product manager, you will own defining, executing and delivering a product that delivers value to our business customer. It includes defining the product/portfolio strategy, pricing, tiering, positioning & Go To Market strategy to achieve short, mid-term and long term business results. As product marketing manager, this is the critical role of acting as voice of customer to the company, communicating the product value to the market. The inherent business demand of this role is to drive customer engagement, facilitate marketing program, empower KAM to drive sales growth throughout product lifecycle.
What you’ll do 61 Define Product Strategy, Roadmap and Launch Calendar for OEM product. o Define short- & longer-term product roadmap (both standard & Connected) to drive sustainable growth in respective segment o Review launch success against FYS targets. o Drive optimization of component inventory and obsolescence in a collaboration with Supply Chain o Drive growth for the assigned product category 61 Own overall Business Case and *** Year Sales (FYS) for new products o Set Target Price and Walk Away Price to optimize value. o Drive ICOS development o Manage IGM and Profitability at Product level. 61 Create value propositions leveraging insights and trends at Product Portfolio level to deliver a rich customer experience o Lead Voice of Customer approach by consolidating Market Insights/ needs from Markets. o Ensure tangible differentiation validated by key target customers. o Drive the New Product Development from initial phase until the final product o Drive market introduction and launch; ensure timely global asset availability o Drive product training to all stakeholders in timely manner after product launch. 61 Ensure product/portfolio training materials & programs are available for commercial organizations 61 Drive cross functional collaboration, strategic focus, organization agility 61 Develop marketing tools and campaign assets to attract new prospect and customers to generate product demands and marketing leads 61 Build and strengthen marketing tool/content program to improve sales efficiency
Your qualifications 61 Bachelor & master’s degree in mechanical/optical/electronics related major in university 61 5 years of related experience in Marketing / R&D related functions in Engineering / or in related discipline. 61 Structural thinking be capable to create a complete business plan. 61 Open mindset, be sensitive in understanding and capturing market dynamics and main trends 61 Strong collaboration and solution mindset particularly in driving cross-functional activities 61 Proficient in both oral and written English
