ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Manage Infrastructure team, working close with global IT team to perform the global IT requirement for region.
2. Take leader of setup Infrastructure projects for MK APAC.
3. Responsible for collecting global and China requirements to make necessary change on IT environment. Some necessary communication is required with global IT team.
4. Responsible for working with IA/EA team on IT Infrastructure part.
5. Coordinate with users, vendors & partners to achieve the target according the schedule.
6. Responsible for continuing maintenance on assigned production applications. Collaborate with other IT members to ensure successful deployment and support of applications
7. Participate in development, testing, and maintenance of IT infrastructure enhancements. Trouble shooting, test, debug, and document applications. Monitor test results, and make appropriate recommendations
8. Well Vendor and related budget control manage
SKILL AND QUALIFICATION REQUIRED：
1. B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field
2. 6 years of strong experience in IT infrastructure part
3. Strong knowledge of IT, especially to understand the different between China and other market.
4. Project management skill is requested.
5. Have competency like Collaboration /Customer focus /Process orientation/Results driven
6. Basic skills should have Analytical thinking/Communication skills/Conceptual thinking/Integration/Problem solving
