**Job Overview** As IT Application Manager, you will be partnering with our business partners and central team to identify, understand, assess and prioritize the business requirements and associated value. You are responsible for partnering with our technology suppliers to design, develop and implement new solutions required
**Responsibilities** - CRM System Management: Ensure the loyalty engine operates stably and meets business needs, supporting the company's customer relationship management and marketing activities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. - OMS System: Responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Order Management System (OMS) to ensure it meets the requirements of the e-commerce platform, achieving high availability and efficient order processing. - Data Analysis and BI Tool Application: Capable of using Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data analysis to support decision-making processes, requiring a good understanding and experience in data analysis. - Local Application Management: Manage and optimize internal applications to ensure they effectively support the company's various business activities and align with global standards. - ERP System Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with headquarters to ensure the smooth operation of the Global ERP system in China and address related issues.
**Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in application management or related fields. - Experience in supporting the operation and management of CRM, OMS, or ERP systems. - Practical experience in data management and analysis; proficiency in SQL is a plus. - Strong project management skills and cross-departmental communication abilities. - Fluent in both English and Chinese, in written and spoken forms.
