1.02Engineering process: Responsibily for DMR set up and maintenance of all products; Handle new product introduction into normal production;
2.02Quality control: Organize02continous improvement for first-pass-yield; Analyze customer complaint and define effective PSP to reduce the external PPM;
3.02Organization management: Improve engineer team capability;Build up and maintenance the know-how sharing platform;
4.02DBS Kaizen Involvement: Drive Kaizen projects to improve production process and enhance productivity by DBS tools;
5.02Operator training: Effective operator training;
Person Specification：
1.0202University or above
2.02025 years above relevant working experience
3.02022 years’ above people management experience
4.0202Background of mechanical engineering is preferred
5.0202PRO E experience
6.0202Excellent knowledge of mechanical assembly/machining processing
7.0202Production/Engineering background, understand relevant product
8.0202Good communication skill
9.0202Good problem-solving skill
10.02Proficient with LEAN tools practice
11.02Good team player
12.02Fluent oral&reading English
13.02Computer level: Proficient with Word, Excel
