Responsibilities: 1. Summarize and sort out the returns of warranty parts, ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of analysis, and avoid market batch risks; non-product quality issues timely complaints, and follow up the progress of complaints. 2. Update internal and external after-sales systems, data, reports (8D/ complaints) 3.Customer requirements: warranty parts on-site survey to ensure timely and effective confirmation of fault phenomena and preliminary causes. 4. Coordinate the disposition and return of all defective products. 5.Coordinate on-site sorting activities and any rework activity 6. Review product at warranty centers and customer plants to provide data and information for quality reports. 7. Customer 8D follow up and submit. 8.Market warranty PPM track and improvement 9. Leading cross function to solve quality problem. 10.Lead Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process: 11. To analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or ALV concern. 12. To analyze warranty ppm, and generate continuous improvement actions (e.g. PDCA, standards, poka-yoke, product changes, RPN reduction) Required: 1. Familiar with, QS9000, IATF as well as ISO14001. 2.
