Job Summary: To create, update and review all credit policy principles in relating to credit risk management
Responsibilities: - Develop and review credit policy principles, credit risk management organizational structure, credit management standards, and credit consideration standards - Update credit operation instructions in accordance with laws, regulations, and ordinances. - Research and supervise government regulations, economic and industrial conditions, or major events that affect bank credit approval. - Improve credit consideration standards or credit procedures based on the current environment. - Collaborate with relevant departments to incorporate relevant laws and regulations into credit policies, standards, or procedures. In an easily understandable form. - Understand credit practices, policies, standards, and processes. - Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on the received data, and conduct appropriate evaluations. - Prepare a credit standard review report, reporting loans that do not meet credit standards (exemptions), including other data analysis and management - Participate in projects and execute assigned tasks - Perform other tasks as assigned by Credit Management Division Manager
Qualification - Understand the credit process and credit consideration standards of banks. - Track information, news, learn skills, collect information from different sources, and identify important issues. - Ability to analyze data and use analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and statistical knowledge. - Strong reporting and presentation skills - Good communication skills in spoken and written English - Good interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with various institutions.
Job Specifications: Technical Knowledge - Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field - Knowledge in Financial analysis and Principle of Accounting is a must
