岗位职责：
Job responsibilities:
1 现场质量工程师应根据各零件的控制要求，落实各工序的控制要求。
The on-site quality engineer should implement the control requirements for each process based on the control requirements of each component.
2 负责现场不合格品的确认、处理。
Responsible for confirming and handling non-conforming products on site.
3 对现场发生的各类质量问题积极响应，召集各相关人员进行分析并跟踪落实改进措施。
Actively respond to various quality issues that occur on site, convene relevant personnel to analyze and track the implementation of improvement measures.
4 负责对相关检验员进行培训以及能力提升，并定期更新各车间的检验能力矩阵；确认现场量、检具的维护保养状态以及各类样件的状态。
Responsible for training and improving the abilities of relevant inspectors, and regularly updating the inspection capability matrix of each workshop; Confirm the on-site quantity, maintenance status of inspection tools, and status of various samples.
5 负责跟踪各车间的质量分析，以及措施有效性验证。
Responsible for tracking the quality analysis of each workshop and verifying the effectiveness of measures.
6 负责对应的SPC、MSA分析。
Responsible for corresponding SPC and MSA analysis.
7 协助售后服务部门对售后零件进行分析，并跟踪、确认改进效果。
Assist the after-sales service department in analyzing after-sales parts, and track and confirm the effectiveness of improvements.
8 确保现场质量控制的稳定性。
Ensure the stability of on-site quality control.
任职资格：
Qualification:
1.中泰双语流利，8D和IATF16949熟练；
Fluent in both Chinese and Thai languages, proficient in 8D and IATF16949;
2.大专以上学历，机械类专业优先。
College degree or above, mechanical engineering major is preferred.
