Job Responsibilities
1. Facilitate the bidding process for MKT CN team (mainland China). Including check bidding documents, issue the bidding invitation via system, collect bidders’ bidding responses, facilitate bidders’ presentations, collect evaluation results, and consolidate the fairly bidding result to the award winner.
2. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MKT CN team in alignment with vendor operation manager.
3. Identify and drive cost savings opportunities, process improvements and risk mitigation initiatives for the MKT CN team.
4. Ensure the compliance to the company policies, procedures and ethical standards in all sourcing activities.
5. Build up a vendor pool for MKT CN team and seek for opportunities to centralized business requests into less vendors
6. Support the MKT CN team for contract work, and manage the WO spending.
7. Support the MKT CN team for PO receiving work
8. Other vendor management works from vendor operation manager

Job Requirements
-Bachelor Degree or above (Procurement, Business, Supply Chain is preferred)
-At least 2 years of relevant working experience in procurement, vendor management, supply chain
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good at doc writing, data analysis, problem solving and system thinking
Good at business negotiation
-Good command of English language skills in oral and written form
