The Role: As a Key Account Manager in Savino Del Bene, you will need to provide ongoing support to our strategic key accounts as well as to identify and develop new revenue opportunities with emerging accounts.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop long term strategic relationship with assigned key accounts to promote Savino Del Bene capabilities and implement key business initiatives. 2. Full account responsibility including identifying & acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining & supporting current business ensuring total customer satisfaction. 3. Achieve business targets via high quality support to assigned key accounts. Immediately communicate any issues or exceptions to Operations. 4. Closely follow up market trend and work out new solutions to meet customer expectations. 5. Monitor account for timely payments and assist with collections on past due invoices. 6. Continuously pursue and implement more efficiency and cost reduction measures. 7. Travel to visit accounts sites and branches to review procedures and maintain customer information and satisfaction when necessary.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree required 2. Minimum 5 years work experiences in Freight Key Account function 3. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales 4. Excellent people skills (communication, negotiation, relationship management and selling skills) 5. Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills 6. Good command of English, skillful in using MS office 7. Responsible, independent, proactive and team player
