工作职责:
1）Position Major Responsibilities / 主要职责
1. Participate in the development of test bed automation framework and automation process. Through the continuous optimization and improvement of PLC procedures, the production efficiency is improved, including the planning and execution of some low-cost automation projects.
参与制定试验台自动化框架、自动化流程。通过对PLC程序的不断优化及改进，提高生产效率，包括一些低成本自动化项目的策划和执行。
2. Fully responsible for the maintenance of instruments and equipment, formulate maintenance plans, implement three-level maintenance work, issue monthly maintenance task lists, and evaluate the results. Responsible for the collection and distribution of office supplies and labor protection supplies.
全面负责仪表、设备的维护保养，制定维保计划，落实三级保养工作，下发月度维保任务单，并评估结果。负责办公用品及劳保用品的领用和发放。
3. Responsible for docking the corresponding automation and instrumentation equipment and other parts during CNAS audits, Germany headquarters audits and TUV audits, and implementing relevant audit action items
在CNAS审核、德国总部审核以及TUV审核等各类审核时负责对接相应的自动化以及仪表设备等部分，实施相关的审核行动项。
4. Responsible for the automation part of the project such as the new test bench and the renovation of the original test bench, and cooperate with the project manager and other project leaders to complete the project objectives.
负责新建试验台、原有试验台的改造等项目自动化部分的工作，配合项目经理以及其他项目负责人完成项目目标。
5. Support sales department for all technical issues for the testing of our products in the KSB Shanghai test facilities, provide a technical support for the sales and test bed to the customer during acceptance test.
支持销售部门解决关于产品测试的技术问题，在产品见证期间向销售部门和试验台提供必要的技术支持。
6. Support the technical editor to provide the technical documentation。
协助技术文件的编订。
7.Responsible for the issuance of PR for the procurement of the test workshop, as well as the issuance of maintenance OA.
负责测试车间采购PR的开具，以及维修类OA的开具。
8. Fullfill other working tasks by supervisors or managers
完成部门领导布置的其他工作。

2） Position Special Responsibilities / 特殊职责
1. Training testing knowledge and skill to test staff
测试知识和技能的培训
2.Monitor the on-site testing process and provide necessary assistance, including instrumentation connections, vibration measurements, and necessary guidance to electricians on the wiring
监控现场测试过程并提供必要的协助,包括仪器仪表的连接，振动测量以及给予电工必要的接线指导
任职资格:
1) Education Experience & Certificates / 教育经历 & 证书要求
1.02 Bachelor's degree or above, major in automation/electrical automation
大学本科以上，自动化/电气自动化专业
2. Computer technology skills, including proficient in office automation, proficient in Auto-CAD, PCS7 and other professional software
计算机技术技能，包括熟练操作办公自动化、熟练掌握Auto-CAD, PCS7等专业软件
3. Familiar with related national and international pump test standards for performance test
熟悉相应的国内外泵产品性能测试的测试标准

2) Working Experience / 工作经验
1.About 3 years working experience in mechanical desigh and hydrulic design industry, pump functional test field is prefered.
3年左右机械设计、水利设计工作经验，具备泵水力性能测试工作经历更佳。
2.Familiar with standards and instructions for mechanical desigh and pump performance test
熟悉机械设计和水泵试验的各种标准。

3) Professional skill & Special skill / 专业技能和特殊技能要求
Experiences with ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO9906/ISO 3746/ISO 10816/ISO 17025
熟悉ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO9906
