Job Description 1.Overseeing the whole operations and performance of the Company with the size of 60-80 employees; 2.Developing and implementing strategies to meet business objectives, building good relationships with customers and key stakeholders; 3.Driving the growth, profitability, and overall success of the business; 4.Ensuring the compliance with all local regulations. Requirements 1.Bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, international business, management, or a related field is preferred; 2.10 years relevant experience in managerial role, preferably in multinational enterprise; 3.Experience & knowledge in the MEP industry (Mechanical, electrical and plumbing) is highly preferred; 4.Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and market dynamics; 5.Strong leadership in effectively managing different teams/different cultures and drive performance, able to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives; 6.Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness to work effectively with diverse departments and stakeholders; 7.Strong networking abilities, able to build relationships with both existing and potential new stakeholders and partners. 此岗位需出差至新加坡
