Key Responsibilities 1. Provides Alpha site and Beta site support to engineering specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and testing of a new hardware, process or software design in house or on an engineering tool 2. Responsible for all technical support related aspects at a specific customer: escalations, fleet performance, system installations, improvement programs and upgrades. 3. Help safety and engineer team to make sure product and facility safety and compile related procedures. 4. Acts as intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer and HQ by providing technical support and documentation to field engineers, technicians and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging equipment. 5. Initiates and provides review of ECO's to ensure data supports fix and follow up with communication to the field. 6. Generates and presents system performance data as required. 7. Supports the generation of documentation such as SOPs and BKMs. Creates and reviews documentation covering technical improvements, system upgrades, and support plans. Presents at customer level. Ensures field implementation. Key Requirements: 1.13Master degree in automation, electrical or mechanical field. 2.Solid knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and software programing skill is preferred. 3.Proved record of data analytics, problem solving and reporting. 4.Good communication and presentation skills, good written and spoken English skill. 13机械工程,自动化,电子电气
