Lead to direct the equitable assignment of sales force quotas, ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and evaluates the effectiveness of the territory assignments.
Analyze OIT/sales data and trends. Responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of the OIT/sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity.
You are responsible for
Performing target setting, planning& reporting activities and analysis for sales operations and performance. Sales operation related system development and system admin, including DMS, SFDC, CD and sales intelligence. Designing sales incentive scheme and Anaplan system management. Supporting team on funnel management and system& process improvement. Leveraging insights for meaningful target setting both for sales team and distributors.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's degree. 8 year’ business experience in sales operation, FP&A, or equivalent position. Strong business insight in dynamic commercial business, in Diagnosis industry is a plus. Communications skills, analytical skills. Fluent English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
