Job Description: 61 Champion assigned key OEM customers and tier 1s; key interface for customers engineering and purchasing organization; collaborate with other Lear entities working towards customer need 61 Collect and utilize information on customer needs, strategies, requirements to align Lear business plan, use information for new business and program opportunities 61 Provide technical advice to customer on product selection, counsel and support customer in product and project definition 61 Establish sales price, negotiate win pricing and conditions with customer, follow up quotes, support operations and finance for new product cost calculation 61 Organize and coordinate new project roll out with related customer, programme management, finance, operations, purchasing, etc. 61 Collect market intelligence especially that of competitors related to OEM customer to ensure the successful business planning and internal management improvement (technology trends, market pricing) 61 Support quality department and plants in quality concerns and communication to customer 61 Support planning for budget and forecast, SOP and EOP planning for products 61 Regularly report to the management about the market opportunities and risk 61 Participate in the Feasibility Study of the new projects.
Qualification: 61 University education 61 Junction boxes, terminals and connectors related experience is preferred 61 At least 10years sales experience as account manager in automotive industry, preferable with harness Tier1s and OEMs 61 Good commercial understanding and skills, good technical skills and understanding is a plus 61 Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and acting as a powerful team player 61 Good English language skills
