Key Areas of Responsibility: Understand and analyze the behavior of customers, and determine the influence level of industry media to formulate effective customer coverage plans. Plan customer research for segmented markets. Analyze behavior and demand on digital channels to optimize customer reach and influence. Formulate and implement different levels of engagement schemes for segmented markets, including but not limited to content marketing, interactive activities, live stream activities, and promotional activities. Improve customer experience by analyzing customer behavior data and procurement data on different platforms, removing obstacles, and optimizing internal processes to boost demand generation. Strengthen the publicity of key workflows on various online channels, continuously improve and strengthen content management-related work, and build a leading brand image in the digital ecosystem. Qualifications: Preferably with a life science education background. More than 8 years of meaningful work experience. Familiar with online channels and platforms related to life science. Ability to independently develop digital marketing strategies and successfully implement them, including practical experience in content marketing and live interaction. Excellent interpersonal skills and critical thinking abilities (experience in managing projects or adept at cross-functional communication). Excellent teammate, highly enthusiastic about marketing work, eager to tackle challenges and build.
