61 Planning and execution of recipe developments for Metal Injection Molding (MIM), application testing of new materials and electronic documentation of test results under guidance from R&D Project Manager 61 Documentation of production process parameters and preparation of production descriptions to aid transfer of new products from lab into Production. 61 Preparation of necessary safety documentation to aid transfer of new products from lab into Production. 61 Operation of equipment used in the manufacture of MIM Feedstocks (plastics compounding equipment: Kneaders, blenders, mixers, twin-screw extruders) 61 Operation of analytical equipment for analyzing MIM Feedstocks (melt-flow rheology), equipment for the preparation of MIM parts (injection molders) and the equipment for the analysis of such MIM parts (optical microscopes, mechanical testing) 61 Operation of equipment for the analysis and investigation of metal powders (laser scattering, tap density) 61 Maintenance of laboratory equipment and general lab house-keeping 61 Maintain relation with machine suppliers & internal maintenance colleagues. 61 Preparation of both internal and external analytical orders, orders for lab consumables or orders for work activities outside the CoE Lab 61 Documentation of observations and activities in laboratory Journals & Electronic systems and support of the analysis of Data 61 Analysis of Competitor samples 61 Continuous improvement of work procedures, analytical methods and safety standards 61 Preparation of Safety Documentation for Laboratory: Hazard assessments, Safety Operating procedures and Audits
