About the Role: - This role is pivotal in deepening our engagement with key accounts and driving our product development and food service market penetration strategies.
Key Responsibilities: 1.Enhanced Market Analysis and Trend Forecasting: - Continuously monitor and analyse market trends, identifying potential growth opportunities and threats. - Provide regular, insightful market reports to key accounts, positioning our company as a thought leader in the food industry. 2.Product Solutions Development: - Collaborate with R&D and sales to create product solutions for key accounts. - Ensure that these solutions are aligned with client needs, market trends, and regulatory standards. 3. KA service - Based on solid market insights and client and consumer understanding. Set up client-focus marketing strategy and execution plan. - Work closely with internal cross function teams including sales, application & R&D. Lead menu innovation & new product proposals for clients. - Design and conduct proactive workshops for key accounts, deliver new ingredient trends, features and benefits. 4. Contribute to team project and respond actively to internal marketing team with professional support.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree or above - Above 5 years’ working experiences in B2B marketing within food and beverage industries - Tea & Coffee industry or key account marketing experiences will be more preferred - Solid understanding of FS market, customer and consumer insights with working background in multinational companies - Good command of English in both writing and speaking
