Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility) · Develop and maintain BV inspection technical documents, including but not limited to Inspection protocol, Inspection method, Training & assessment material, Product taxonomy, Service taxonomy, Workload matrix. · Develop / support global client solution, to support client and its supply chain quality management and improvement globally. · Handle / support new services development. · Handle / support supply chain advisory program / project, to support client for supply chain improvement. · Review, develop and maintain key / strategic clients’ inspection technical documents, including but not limit to IFI (Inspection Field Instruction), Inspection protocol, Training & assessment material. · Handle key / strategic clients’ technical communication, consultation, when necessary · Provide technical training and assessment for internal staff or client; · Provide technical support for internal teams, like inspection operation team, client interfacing team, and client program management team, etc. · Drive technical digitalization improvement, like but not limit to, digitalized client solution, and digitalized technical governance.
