Primarily contact window and coordinator (internal & external) with the assigned key accounts. Ensuring that the overall business service meets customer needs and requirements. Understand customers existing supply chain and ultimately challenge it, with focus to become customer’s first choice of advisor. Understand and set up clear business plan based on given customer portfolios, which is in line with the company sales targets.
Specific Accountabilities 1. Take responsibility for the business development strategy with Multi National Clients 2. Establish, grow and maintain customer relationships based on world class supply chain solutions to ensure above market growth 3. Maintain close communication and collaboration with the Regional Key Account team to leverage know how and customer relationships for Greater China 4. Provide information to business development activities from Global/AP key account team 5. Work closely with network partners to develop successful account strategies 6. Work in close collaboration with all operational functions to ensure highest quality service is delivered to all Key Account clients 7. Develop and implement the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) when key account is set up and to update and maintain the SOP at any time according to the client’s demands. 8. Strictly follow and Implement company credit policy, monitor and collect the outstanding accounts of the clients. 9. Other assignment arranged by Manager.
Skills Required 1. Proficiency in Mandarin and English. 2. Sound business acumen 3. Excellent knowledge of logistic services (Sea, Air, Land and Contract logistics) 4. Deep understanding of supply chain management and its strategic as well as financial implications 5. Distinct analytical and conceptual skills 6. Experience and Qualifications
1. University degree or equivalent, preferred in Logistics, International Trade 2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related position
