Summary
The Supply Chain Management / Planner will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized, deliveries are timely, and customer requirements are met. This role will focus on strategic planning, procurement, and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain a smooth flow of aerospace components and materials. Responsibilities
61 Inventory Management:
Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
Analyze inventory data and forecast future needs based on sales trends, market demand, and supplier lead times.
Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed.
61 Procurement & Supplier Management:
Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of quality materials at competitive prices.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
61 Supply Chain Planning:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient material flow and minimize disruptions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to align supply chain activities with business goals.
Manage production schedules and coordinate with suppliers to meet delivery timelines.
61 Demand Forecasting:
Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand upcoming demand changes and adjust supply plans accordingly.
61 Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers.
Work with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and other logistics partners to optimize transportation costs and lead times.
61 Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Participate in cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence and improve overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or management, preferably within the aerospace industry.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with aerospace components, regulations, and quality standards is a plus.

Knowledge of international trade and compliance regulations related to the aerospace industry.
