We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team. In this role, you will: 1. To lead, motivate and manage a team of Client Service Managers/ Account Managers to achieve the Group strategy and business objectives. 2. To contribute to the establishment of the strategic direction for consistent delivery of top quality and market leading Client Service functions and the deployment of regional/global client service proposition to regional/global clients. 3. To deliver service in compliance with group and regulatory requirements. 4. To establish cultural and behavioral excellence and develop high engagement across the team Qualifications To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: Minimum of 10 years proven and progressive cash management experience or equivalent. Strong leadership, be able to communicate and influence a wide range of stakeholders, with capacity to handle complex issues under pressure. Proven team management skills including resource allocation, performance management and people motivation. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Excellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations
