Responsibilities: * Supports efforts to define the market opportunity for an industry and the corresponding competitive positioning, messaging, routes to market, target buyers, buying cycle and more. Helps enable monitoring of industry trends and efforts to complete competitive analysis for growth opportunities and impending risks. * Supports campaign planning and proactively measures the impact of thought leadership, content development, demand creation and sales enablement efforts. * Helps coordinate launch plans, content activation, promotions, development of sales content/tools and other activities that contribute to overall demand creation. * Supports measurement and reporting efforts. Helps map out the customer buying process. * Contributes to efforts for creation and ongoing maintenance of industry-specific buyer personas and helps identify target accounts within the industry. * Supports collaboration with a formal sales enablement function and product/solution specialists, i.e..., cyber, Global Market Access (GMA), sustainability and functional safety, on a well-defined sales enablement plan. * Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. * Contributes to business success by performing other tasks as required. * Help drive the new Software Intensive Systems portfolio as well as * Possible superuser and gatekeeper for MCS such as Marketo, Social Posting etc. * Collaborate with MCS and regional marketers * Reporting and data insights * Workfront project management * Strategy and execution
Qualifications: * Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing, communication or related field, plus generally more than two years of experience. * Strong writing and presentation skills. * Excellent communication and good level of English * Collaboration Basic project planning and management. * Customer-centric orientation. * Interviewing. * Budget tracking. * Analytical skills. * Project tracking (Adobe Workfront desirable) * Able to understand technical and scientific issues and to translate complex information for nonscientific audiences. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing and/or using a wide array of internal communication tools.
