Job Purpose

As a Vendor Management - Landside Procurement Manager, you will lead procurement activities for landside services including road, customs clearance and warehousing as well as onboarding and performance management.

Engages directly with our extensive vendor network, strategically negotiating costs and ensuring timely delivery. It necessitates exceptional communication skills, a keen ability to identify and resolve issues, as well as proficiency in risk assessment. This position demands active collaboration with various cross-functional teams across our organization. Functional Responsibility

1. Guide local teams in identifying and evaluating service providers, tender processes and contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and pricing for services;

2. Coordinate with key stakeholders in review and approval process for vendors;

3. Support vendor partners in understanding and implementing our company's compliance program;

4. Responsible for vendor selection strategy to secure business stability

5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings;

6. Stay informed about changes in customs regulations and trade policies that may impact operations;

7. Coordinate international trucking project activities to expedite the movement of goods across borders;

Personal Capabilities & Education

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or a related field;
本科及以上学历，物流、供应链管理、国际贸易或相关专业；
2. 3+ years of experience in procurement and logistics operations, with a focus on road transportation in China;
3 年以上采购和物流操作经验，有物流运输相关经验优先考虑；
3. Strong understanding of customs clearance processes and regulations in China;

4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
