核心职责
This position will mainly focus on managing the sales activities in energy segment as part of GI China sales team, mapping out and implement our strategy, commercial activities, strengthening, and expanding our position to drive core growth, promoting company products. This role also needs to address and develop new opportunities of GI business in energy segment. This function needs to cooperate with customer service, supply chain, technical service and R&D to ensure business be secured to meet Sherwin-Williams' goals for market share growth and profitability.

61 Deep understand of the assigned market segments by through research of the market and value selling
61 Provide leadership in developing market share growth by thoroughly exploiting all additional opportunities in energy segment for existing accounts with respect to adding new product lines and/or introducing new technologies (ensure that new business meets company's requirements for profitability and volume) and aggressively seeking the commercialization and incorporation of new businesses seamlessly into core account portfolio
61 Manage sales team to achieve target sales goals by maintaining good relationship with existing customers and developing new business
61 Be responsible for sales and marketing activities in energy segment

85 >8 years sales experience of liquid coating products in anticorrosive coating industry focusing on energy segment
> 8年能源行业防腐涂料行业涂料销售经验
61 Management experience of a sales team
85 Fluent in English;

85 Understanding of operational quality and analytical tools

85 Performing business development, account management and sales activities

85 Proficient in PC skills such as Microsoft, and other applications as required
